Chef Pendergast Bakes up Fresh Organic Bread!

This weekend Chef Pendergast partnered with the fine folks from Speerville Flour Mill to offer fresh organic, wood-fired, oven-baked bread during the Atlantic Canadian Organic Regional Network’s (ACORN) annual conference. All of the bread for the conference was made by Chef Pendergast, with organic ingredients and mobile wood-fired oven provided by New Brunswick’s Speerville Flour Mill. Photos to follow!
